Our Senior Yoga class is designed to support both body and mind—enhancing strength, balance, and mobility while promoting relaxation and overall well-being.
In this one-hour class, you’ll experience a blend of gentle yoga poses, breathwork, and guided meditation to improve functional movement, calm the nervous system, and encourage self-discovery.
What to Expect
We begin and end seated in a chair.
No need to get down on the floor.
Open to all levels—beginners welcome!
As a former marathoner, ultra runner, hiker, aerobic enthusiast and yogi, I now respond with care and intention to the ever so soft messages my body is sending me. I am listening, feeling, and responding.
