Gillespie Center’s Senior Yoga class offers an integrated approach to physical fitness, while promoting overall health and quality of life.

  • The one-hour class includes yoga poses, breathwork, and guided meditation to promote functional mobility, self-discovery and help rebalance the nervous system.

  • The answer to our most asked question is … we start and end in the chair. We never come down to the floor.

  • Open to all levels. We promise your body will thank you!
