Zen Morning: Sept 26, 2026

Making Space for What Is to Come

There is something about fall that naturally invites us to pause and reflect. What are we carrying that we're ready to set down? What feels ready to shift? And what might become possible if we create a little space for what comes next?

Each Zen Morning seems to take on a feeling of its own, and this fall will be no exception.

This time, we'll explore energy—moving it, releasing it, and making space for something new. We'll move through a morning that feels familiar in spirit, with a few new experiences woven in along the way.

Inspired by the energy of the Aries moon—traditionally associated with movement, courage, and new beginnings—our hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and open to whatever the new season may bring.

If you've joined us before, there will be something different to discover. If this is your first Zen Morning, no previous experience is needed.

Come curious. We'll guide you through the rest.

What The Morning Will Hold

  • We’ll begin in a circle with a guided practice centered on what we’re ready to release and what we’d like to make space for.

  • From there, we'll move through gentle yoga and meditation, breathwork, and Reiki, with time to slow down and reconnect along the way.

  • We’ll close our morning gathered together over a light meal and conversation—time to linger, connect, and ease back into the rest of the day.
